ACCORDING TO KEVIN Green, the “intelligent building” in the service sector is one whose spaces and systems help users achieve their corporate strategy. It must enhance performance and respond to the dynamics of changing assignments and company focus. The intent of this essay is to outline specific recommendations that enable managers to address these issues of productivity and flexibility in the design of the work environment.
