Letters offers a forum for sharing ideas, exchanging dialogue, and stimulating conversations and debate on critical issues that impact the designed environment as presented in the Perspectives section of the Journal of Interior Design. Identifying the “Body of Knowledge for interior design has recently emerged as a major issue being debated among professional, academic, and accrediting communities in North America and beyond. As such, two white papers on the topic were solicited and prepared by respected individuals who have been involved in the debate.
