Reports are presented on four patients who experienced blood blisters on their soft palates due to suspected Angina bullosa haemorrhagica. The appearances of the blood blisters and the ulcerated areas caused by their collapse are described. Means of differentiating blood blisters in the mouth caused by other disorders are discussed.
