Acrodermatitis continua is a localized pustular psoriasis which usually affects the extremities. We report the case of a 79‐year‐old patient presenting with osteolysis of the distal phalanxes of the hands. Some pustules were noted on the finger pulps. A skin biopsy led to the diagnosis of acrodermatitis continua.
