Summary There are many abinternal glaucoma procedure nowadays, ranging from schlemm canal stenting to goniotomy; from suprachoroidal stenting to endoscopic cycloablation. Most of these procedure requires the use of intraoperative gonioscopy which is often a new skill for glaucoma specialist. this talk would focus of tips and tricks in acquiring accurate and reproducible intraoperative gonioscopy, methods to highlight schlemm canal and aids to help identify angle structures. It'd cover the techniques of istent, Hydrus stent, goniotomy with KDB knife, abinternal canaloplasty as well as Cypass suprachoroidal stenting. Careful case selection would be discussed to maximise surgical success and minimise risk and complications.
