Summary With the current direction of travel towards Minimally Invasive Glaucoma Surgery (MIGS), Endoscopic laser Cycle‐Photocoagulation (ECP) is enjoying a resurgence in popularity. Is this justified given examination of issues of safety and efficacy? Is there still a place for trans‐scleral CP? This presentation will answer these questions and more, in a practical yet evidence‐based manner.
