Summary Euthyroid GO is defined as an orbitopathy without present or past thyroid dysfunction Euthyroid GO is a rare condition (+/−10% of GO). The phenotype of Euthyroid GO is still undetermined. Usually reported as a unilateral mild and poorly active GO, but no difference between GO with or without thyroid dysfunction have also been described. Antibodies anti‐TSH receptors, as imaging, usually contribute to the diagnosis. We will review and discuss the clinical, radiological and biological features that are helpful for differential diagnosis.
