A description is given of an arrangement with two synchronized motor cameras for simultaneous fluorescein angiography of both irides intended for use in diagnosing stenosis of the internal carotid artery. Observations made in angiograms from four patients with carotid stenosis are reported. On digital compression of one common carotid in healthy individuals, diminished and delayed iridic fluorescence was observed on the contra‐lateral side. ‐ The procedure does not cause any discomfort to the patients; it is safe and can be performed on out‐patients.
