A description is given of a test for determining the ouflow of the aqueous humour. The test consists of compressing the eyeball with a metal funnel attached near the limbus of the cornea by suction. The intraocular pressure increased in this way is kept constant during the test by increasing the suction. The inraocular pressure value is continuously conrolled by an applanation tonometer. The results are based on the amount of extra suction that is necessary to keep the inraocular pressure consant.
