A case with metastatic spread of Candida tropicalis infection to the eyes of a patient with ulcerative colitis is presented. The ocular changes are dominated by white snowball‐like foci in the retina and vitreous and by prepapillary and preretinal connective tissue bands. Fluorescein angiography was performed. The patient was treated with Amphoterecin B and 5‐Fluorocytosine. The ophthalmoscopic changes were stationary 9 months after this treatment.
