The present paper is a case report of monocular glaucoma in an 11‐year‐old boy as a consequence of extraocular venous obstruction caused by a retrobulbar neoplasm, most probably a lymphangioma. The prognosis and therapeutic possibilities are discussed. Glaucomas with this pathogenesis are rare, and lymphangiomas in the orbit have not previously been reported to cause secondary glaucoma.
