A case of optic disc angioma in one eye of a middle‐aged woman is reported. The angioma did not show any sign of progression, and there were no neurological symptoms. A fluorescein angiography was carried out, showing that the angioma was filled simultaneously with the retinal arteries. It is believable that not all optic disc angiomas should be named yon Hippel tumors.
