Peripheral iridectomy and cyclodyalisis, as simultaneous operations, were performed on 46 eyes with different clinical forms of glaucoma. Normalisation of eye tension was obtained in 41 eyes (89.1 per cent). Postoperative complications were minimal (3 iritis and 1 hypotony).
