Cheilitis glandularis (CG) is a rare inflammatory salivary gland disorder which normally affects the lower lip. The condition was first described in 1870 by von Volkmann. We present an unusual case of CG in a patient who was referred to our department with multiple cyst‐like lesions localised to his upper lip.
