Multiple dentigerous cysts are typically in association with a developmental syndrome. We report the management of a rare case of adjacent cysts in association with a mandibular third molar and a supernumerary molar lying in the ramus, comparing natural bone regeneration with that produced by the xenograft Bio‐Oss (Geistlich Corp., Wolhusen, Switzerland).
