We report a case of acute lymphoblastic leukaemia that presented with trismus and swelling, mimicking lower wisdom tooth pericoronitis. This case highlights the importance of clinical vigilance and thorough history taking to exclude haematological malignancy in patients presenting with head and neck swellings.
