Some Thoughts on the Similarities between Psychotherapy and Theatre Scenarios

. From the theoretical starting point of similarities between theatrical and psychotherapeutic scenarios, I have tried to draw parallels, firstly by exploring some of the implications of the settings and secondly by applying the same analysis to their contents. With regard to the settings I have focused my attention mainly on the devices which constitute the spatial and temporal boundaries. With regard to the contents I have explored a few themes from Pirandello's play Six Characters in Search of an Author .
