Summary Primary biliary cirrhosis associated with autoimmune haemolytic anaemia and thrombocytopaenia has rarely been reported in adults. We are presenting an 83‐year‐old woman with primary biliary cirrhosis who was also diagnosed with autoimmune haemolytic anaemia and idiopathic thrombocytopaenic purpura.
