— Solutions of riboflavin and lumiflavin show under flash excitation in the presence of diphenylamine a reversible fading of their absorption bands with the appearance of new bands belonging to the cation‐radical of diphenylamine and the semiquinone of the flavin. Lumichrome under similar conditions abstracts a H‐atom from diphenylamine.
