SUMMARY A case of urinary incontinence in a young Appaloosa colt is described. The incontinence was associated with bilateral ureteral ectopia. A definitive diagnosis was made radiographically, and surgery to relocate the ureters into the bladder was performed. Resolution of the incontinence was immediate and lasting.
