We live in an era where computers dominate most aspects of our lives. There isn't a business anymore that doesn't use benefits that IT provides. One field where IT and networks dominate is trade. There are many new trading models that we call e-commerce. For ordinary people public websites and portals as Alibaba, E bay, Amazon, etc. provide everything that ordinary people need for their household, business or leisure. Problem with public portals is that all transactions could be monitored, that is the main reason why a totally new market emerged (The Dark Net). This is a market for spies, criminals of all sorts, and those who seek privacy of their electronic transactions. This has become a new issue that can harm a security of any individual or organization worldwide. Role of this paper is to scientifically explore and describe this new security issue.
