A new technological process for railway frogs repair is developed by specialists from Associated Institute for High Temperatures on the base of plasma sprayed coating, ensuring the high quality defectless coating, which is less sensitive to operator errors, is more automated and has greater productivity compared with existing ones. Repaired frogs have passed successfully heavy field testing on the Experimental Ring of All Russia Research Institute for Railway Transport.
