Taxonomic revision of the tribe Z oraidini ( H emiptera: F ulgoromorpha: D erbidae) from K orea

The K orean planthopper tribe Z oraidini is revised taxonomically. Five genera are recognized in the K orean fauna: D iostrombus U hler, 1896, L osbanosia M uir, 1917, P amendanga D istant, 1906, S hirakiana M etcalf, 1945, Z oraida K irkaldy, 1900. Among them, the genus S hirakiana is recorded for the first time in Korea. Nine species, four of which are recognized new to K orea: S . infumata ( M atsumura), Z . koannania M atsumura, Z . hubeiensis C hou et H uang, and Z . kuwayamae ( M atsumura). Previous record of one species, Z . pterophoroides ( W estwood, 1851), is removed from the list of K orean fauna because it was erroneously reported, based on a misidentification. All species are described and illustrated, and identification keys to genera and species are provided.
