First records of two species of the genus Brachionycha Hübner (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) in China

Two species of the genus Brachionycha Hübner – B. nubeculosa (Esper) and B. albicilia Sugi – are recorded for the first time from China. The adults and genital characteristics of the species are briefly redescribed with illustrations, and their distributions are given.
