Three Noctuidae species: Orthogonia basimacula (Draudt), Hypersypnoides submarginata (Walker) and Maliattha khasanica Zolotarenko & Dubatolov, are newly added to the Korean fauna. In addition, taxonomic notes of four little known noctuids are discussed with the first description of the female of Anatatha basinigra Kononenko & Ahn and the records of three species new to South Korea; Sinarella cristulalis (Staudinger), Bryomoia melachlora (Staudinger) and Pyrrhia bifasciata (Staudinger). The lectotype of Sinarella cristulalis (Staudinger) is designated for the first time. Figures illustrating adults and both sexes’genitalia are provided.
