Conservative treatment of tetanus associated with hiatus hernia and gastroesophageal reflux

A case of tetanus, complicated by hiatus hernia with gastro‐oesophageal reflux, is reported in a young German shepherd dog. Conservative treatment of the tetanus and the hiatus hernia resulted in complete remission of clinical signs, although hiatus hernia remained present.
