A three‐year‐old giant poodle with a subacute paraplegia had a metastasic pilomatrixoma in vertebrae Tl, LI and L4, ulna, humerus, tibia and lymph nodes. Pilomatrixoma is generally considered as a benign tumour of the skin. This is the first report on pilomatrixoma metastasing to bone and causing neurological signs.
