A case of nasal aspergillosis in a cat is described. Diagnosis by serology proved useful and radiological findings similar to those of nasal aspergillosis in the dog were found. The treatment was by rhinotomy and extirpation of affected tissues which produced an acceptable remission of symptoms over the six‐month follow up period. This is the first recorded case where serology has been used as a diagnostic aid for aspergillosis in the cat.
