Cysts which arise from the anterior uveal pigment epithelium often pass through the pupil into the anterior chamber of the eye, and there remain as noticeable but asymptomatic floating structures. Adhesion to the corneal endothelium would appear to be a most unusual occurrence and, in this paper, the sequential appearance of the cornea is described in two such cases.
