Bilateral nephrotomy for renal calculi was performed on a 5‐year‐old mongrel bitch, which survived 3 1/2 years before renal failure developed. Biochemical and pathological data are given. Résumé. On a procédé à la nephrotomie bilatérale pour éloigner les calculs rCnaux d'une chienne bâtarde de 5 ans, qui a survécu pendant 3 1/2 ans avant la manifestation d'une insuffisance rénale. L'auteur présente les données biochimiques et pathologiques. Zusammenfassung. Wegen renaler Calculi wurde an einer fünfjährigen Bastardhündin bilaterale Nephrotomie durchgeführt. Die Hündin lebte noch 3 1/2 Jahre, bis sich ein Nierenversagen entwickelte. Biochemische und pathologische Daten werden angegeben.
