The utilization of an established technique of tendon repair for the correction of avulsion of the tibial tuberosity is presented. The method provides good fixation and support and does not require elaborate equipment. Two cases are described. Résumé. L'article présente l'utilisation d'une technique établie de réparation du tendon pour l'avulsion d'une tub é rosité tibiale. La méthode assure une bonne fixation et un bon support et ne nécessite pas d'instruments compliqués. Dew cas sont décrits. Zusammenfassung. Dargestellt wird die Anwendung eines bewährten Verfahrens der Sehnenchirurgie für die Besserung der Avulsion bei Tuberositas tibiae. Das Verfahren liefert gute Fixierung und Stützung und erfordert keine komplizierte Instrumentausrüstung. Zwei Fälle werden beschrieben.
