The authors discuss the general physiological principles of osmoregulation in all animals, ion movements between tissues and body fluids and in secretory processes. T his listing is an appendix to the 1959 list of veterinary films and films of veterinary interest. The appendix lists 114 films all available either on loan or purchase outside their country of origin. Further information is also given on films included in the original 1959 catalogue and 1961 appendix. The films are listed under disease classifications rather than animal species but many new films relating to small animal interests are noted. A useful book for secretaries wishing to provide programmes for meetings requiring a little extra “interest”.
