The use of Bandages and Splints for the Support of Limbs in Cats and Dogs *

— The various methods that are currently used for the support of the limbs of small animals are described, together with their advantages and disadvantages. Attention is drawn to the possible complications of external fixation methods and advice is given on the means for preventing untoward sequelae. Il attir l'attention sur les complications possibles des méthodes de fixation externe et indique les moyens de prévenir les séquelles ultérieures.
