Environmental concerns such as air pollution and soil degradation have led to increased interest in altrnate technologies and production practices. Alternate transportation fuel are being investigated along with their feedstock sources. This paper presents results of work carried out on Jerusalem Artichoke as a feedstock for fuel ethanol production.
