Binding assay was performed with NTP‐labeled Bacillus thuringiensis activated toxin Cry 1Ac on midgut brush border membrane vesicles (BBMVs) prepared from the whole larvae of dia‐mondback moth Plutella xylostella . We conclude that the BBMVs can be isolated properly and Cry 1Ac toxin binds saturably to BBMVs.
