  This paper describes a new species Eudinostigma longus Wu et Chen, collected from Hubei Province. The new species is characterized distinctly by the following features: rather long antenna, with 24 segments, notaulix distinct anteriorly, oval midpit deep, propodeum with a longitudinal medial carina and forked carina, areola absent, length of robust hind femur 3. 6 times its width, and length of petiole 1. 7 times its width. Type species is deposited in Beneficial Insects Laboratory, Fujian Agricultural University, Fuzhou, Fujian Province.
