Silver–glass composites were investigated for high‐temperature sealing in fuel cells and sensors. The optimized composition exhibited good sealing integrity with a leak rate of less than 0.02 SCCM/cm of sealing length at 800°C, excellent thermal shock resistance, and self‐healing abilities between 800°C and room temperature.
