Summary The present review surveys serological work with phytopathogenic fungi. Knowledge of antigenic determinants of fungi and the possibilities and problems of selecting and using fungal structures and metabolic products for the production of specific antibodies are considered. The paper is intended to be a source of practical information and literature for the active research worker.
