Narcissus leaf scorch caused by Stagonospora Curtisii (Berk.) Sacc. is very common in south‐west England, where it causes economic damage arising from flower spot and leaf decay. Information is given as to the varying susceptibility of many different varieties, a comparative measure of which is obtained by counting the primary infections. No certain control measures can be recommended, but results of experiments on bulb disinfection and on spraying are given.
