SUMMARY1 The toxicity of stomach poisons to sheep maggots was tested under laboratory conditions. 2 Dipping experiments were carried out with various materials. None of these made the fleece repellent for more than a few days. Arsenic was the only material which rendered the fleece poisonous for an appreciable period.
