Summary.1 Various methods for the application of tetrachlorethane as a fumigant for the control of White Fly under commercial horticultural conditions are discussed. 2 The lowest concentration that appears to give a control has been suggested. 3 The fumigant appears to be selective in its action upon White Fly and Mealy Bug. Certain species of Aphides seem to be unaffected. 4 Certain plants show a varietal susceptibility to the action of the fumigant.
