Faculty structuring courses in the Legal Environment of Business and Business Law seek to maximize students' comprehension, and application of legal frameworks to business contexts. This paper examines how law courses organized around students' knowledge organization harnessed learners' cognitive processes to bolster achievement (n=285). Next, the most effective activities reported by 160 students in student‐centered Legal Environment of Business and Business Law are analyzed from a cognitive perspective.
