Bile duct hamartoma/von Meyenburg complex is a rare condition and it is even rarer for cholangiocarcinoma to arise from this congenital malformation. The exact clinical course of this condition is uncertain. The purpose of the present paper was to report a case and review the literature concerning this topic.
