The report highlights a rare case of duodenal anaplastic large cell lymphoma in a child who presented with duodeno‐colic fistulization. The child responded to a cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine and prednisolone regime but the fistula required surgical resection. The child is disease free at 24 months of follow up.
