Objective: To identify key predictors of well‐being in aged care facility residents' family members. Methods: An Australia‐wide cross‐sectional survey, in which 213 residents' family members provided data for testing/refinement of a model. Results: Family members' well‐being was predicted by their physical health, pressures from competing commitments, and residents' adjustment. Conclusions: Interventions should target residents' family members at risk of poor well‐being.
