We present an autopsy case of a 23‐week female abortus with the cardinal signs of lethal multiple pterygium syndrome (LMPS), including multiple pterygia with congenital joint contracture, fetal hydrops, cystic hygroma and intrauterine growth retardation. In addition, she had complete tubular intestinal duplication, not yet reported in this group of conditions.
