A technique for fabricating a soft‐tissue cast for situations when esthetics are very demanding is described in a step‐by‐step manner. Life‐like soft‐tissue replication is obtained by means of an impression with the metal castings in situ; the “gingivae” are reproduced using soft pink‐colored acrylic.
