Two cases of capillarosclerosis of mucosal capillaries in the lower urinary tract were found in a material of 98 unselected hospital autopsies in northern Finland. A role for paracetamol in one and cyclophosphamide in the other in the pathogenesis of capillarosclerosis is suggested.
