Sheep red‐blood cells were coated with tumor cell antigens prepared by extractions with 3M KCI. The coated cells were labelled with 51 Cr and used as targets in immuno‐assays. The technique was found suitable for complement‐mediated as well as antibody‐dependent cell‐mediated reactions, and it offers several applications for use in tumor immunology.
