A case of a giant cell tumour of colon histologically indistinguishable from giant cell tumours of bone is reported. The tumour consisted of multinucleated osteoclast‐like giant‐cells and intervening spindle cells, the latter exhibiting pleomorphism and mitotic activity, indicating malignancy. The writer is unware of a similar case.
